Selection Notes

Evaluate powder or masterbatch route based on feeding and dispersion needs.
The catalog trial ranges are 2-4% for powder and 4-8% for masterbatch; tune by resin, thickness and required gloss level.
Suitable for compounding, injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, film or sheet trials depending on the resin system.
Share base resin, target performance, part thickness and process route before final grade selection.
Use TDS/SDS and small-batch testing to confirm dosage, appearance and final performance before mass production.
