Selection Notes

Identify whether the project needs custom transparent-resin development or evaluation of the documented A-7008 modified EVA route.
For custom development, prepare resin data, the current formula, performance targets and sample-failure information for review.
For A-7008, confirm the EVA application and validate extrusion, blow-molding or casting-film conditions against the current TDS.
Suitable for compounding, injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, film or sheet trials depending on the resin system.
Share base resin, target performance, part thickness and process route before final grade selection.
Use TDS/SDS and small-batch testing to confirm dosage, appearance and final performance before mass production.
