A TDS-documented white granule for homopolymer and copolymer PP, plus HDPE. The source TDS describes a phosphate-and-nitrogen, non-halogen intumescent formulation and separate listed evaluation ranges by resin.

How to prepare the first evaluation

Pre-dry the resin and additive for 2 hours before the first evaluation.

Start within the dosage listed in the TDS and prepare a controlled comparison sample.

Recheck flame behaviour after any change to resin, filler, colour or sample thickness.
